Fitness Coaching
The online fitness component will be run through a fantastic online coaching platform.  Your program will all be online, and will enable you and your coach to update as you go, load progress notes, photos (optional) and messages.  For more info and to enquire check out the Fitness Coaching page.  There are also options to have a personalised program without coaching, so you can do this in your own time.
